Thank you for visiting our website. I’m Lisa, the founder and director of Thrive HR Services. I’m a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR Consultant with over 15 years of experience in human resources. Prior to my HR career, I spent many years as an Operations Manager, and I believe that this operational background has given me a unique edge in my HR career. I truly understand the day-to-day challenges managers and business owners face, which allows me to offer practical, hands-on advice that aligns with the realities of running a business.

I’m also a workplace mediator and a specialist in policy development and employee relations, with a focus on delivering pragmatic, solutions-driven outcomes. I founded Thrive HR Services in 2022 after taking voluntary redundancy from one of the UK’s largest banks, with a clear vision: to offer genuine business partnering support to clients. We are committed to taking the time to understand your needs, and we only offer services that provide real value—if it won’t benefit your business, we won’t recommend it. I’m passionate about what I do, and I love meeting new people and clients, helping them achieve success through tailored, impactful HR solutions.

In my free time, I’m an avid Formla 1 fan, a regular theatre goer, and I love walking my two Cockapoos, Cooper and Daisy.
